Contact

Momentos is an independent project, built and maintained by one person: me, Pabllo Carvalho. There is no support desk and no form. Every message lands straight in my inbox: pabllo164164@gmail.com, and I am the one who answers.

What to write about

• Something did not work: tell me which device and browser you were using.
• Something on the site is wrong: point to the page and the passage and I will fix it.
• A suggestion for a format, a paper size or a new feature.
• Press, partnerships, or using the site in a classroom.

Before you write about a photo

I cannot see or recover your photos. They are processed entirely in your browser and never reach me, so I cannot bring back a lost sheet, and attaching the photo will not help me reproduce the problem. Describing what happened helps more, and a screenshot helps most.

What we do not do

I do not print or ship photos. Momentos builds the file and you print it at home or take it to a print shop. I am not affiliated with any photo lab and I do not handle print orders.
