Terms of Use

By using Momentos you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

What Momentos is

A free tool that runs in your browser and arranges your photos into polaroid frames on an A4 sheet, ready to download or print. It requires no account, costs nothing and installs nothing on your device.

Your photos stay yours

We do not receive, store or claim any right over the photos you use. All processing happens in your browser, as described in the Privacy Policy. Holding the right to use each photo is the responsibility of whoever builds the sheet.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Momentos to:

• Build or distribute unlawful material, or material that infringes someone else's image or copyright.
• Overload, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Copy the site and pass it off as your own.

No warranty

Momentos is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will run without interruption, on every browser or device, or that the printed result will come out exact: that depends on your printer, your paper and the print settings you choose. Check one sheet before printing several.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for losses arising from use of the site, including money spent on paper and ink, a print that came out different from what you expected, or progress lost when the browser clears locally saved data.

Advertising and third-party services

The site shows advertising and uses an analytics tool. What those third parties collect and how you control it is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update this text. The date at the top of the page marks the last change, and continuing to use the site after it means accepting the new version.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Questions about any of it: pabllo164164@gmail.com.
